Year 5 had a wonderful morning talking about STEM careers and learning about wind farms. We then learnt why renewable energy was so important and had a go at becoming engineers, designing blades for wind turbines before testing them out. The children showed a great attitude to the challenge and came away with lots of new scientific knowledge.
