Year 5 have been learning about air resistance as part of our science unit on forces. Today, we made our own parachutes in different sizes to see if the size of the parachute affects the amount of air resistance it experiences. The children demonstrated great team work and perseverance skills, alongside measuring, cutting and weighing precisely to ensure a fair experiment.
